Hi, my name is Sandra!
Menopause Is Not a Decline.
It’s a Transition — and It Requires a Smarter Approach.
Sleep changes.
Metabolism shifts.
Muscle mass decreases.
Focus feels different.
These changes are not random — and they are not personal failures.
They are biological.
The Refined Fit was created for women over 50 who want clear, grounded guidance for navigating menopause with strength and confidence — not confusion or extremes.
A Smarter Way to Support Your Body
During perimenopause and menopause, hormone shifts can affect:
-
Muscle preservation
-
Fat distribution
-
Stress response
-
Sleep quality
-
Mental clarity
Yet most advice still sounds like this:
“Eat less.”
“Move more.”
“Push harder.”
That approach rarely works at this stage.
Menopause doesn’t require more force.
It requires better strategy.
My Approach
I’m a Certified Menopause Health Coach, Certified Barre® Instructor and Pilates Instructor — and I’m 60 years old.
Perimenopause began for me in my mid-40s, and it changed how my body responded to everything I had relied on before.
Sleep became lighter.
Weight shifted.
Energy fluctuated.
I had to learn a new way to support myself.
Here, I combine:
-
Research-informed education
-
Strategic strength and movement
-
Nervous system support
-
Sustainable metabolic guidance
My focus is simple:
Helping you sleep better
Preserve muscle
Support metabolism
Improve mental clarity
Build strength without burnout
Not intense.
Not extreme.
Just intelligent and consistent.
